The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women
whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ;
to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission
through participation in the global ministries of the church.
How do you become a member of United Methodist Women?
We invite all women of the Church to join us for Christian fellowship, to work together in supporting missions, and to encourage each other in spiritual growth.

UMW Rummage Sale a success ...
Last year's spring rummage sale was a big success. Thank you to all who donated their used items. It took many hands to put together the rummage sale. All profits will go towards mission projects of United Methodist Women.
The United Methodist Women’s Division of the Chippewa District of the Wisconsin Conference, asks all units to keep an accurate account of women in UMW. You are not automatically a member of UMW just because you are a member of the church. If you are choosing to be a member of UMW, please fill out the following information and place in the UMW membership box on the UMW table in the narthex or in Kathy Simpson’s church mailbox.

International UMW involvement – Missions
United Methodist Women are in mission with people on almost every continent and many islands of the world. Their giving – close to $20 million a year – provides food, shelter, education, employment, health care and human rights advocacy for those most oppressed and forgotten. Money for mission projects is distributed through an “appropriations” process by the elected directors of the division.
