Where Friends, Faith, and the Future Meet

We Do Feet

an outreach ministry to those in need

Anyone who is in need of service and cannot afford it at this time, or cannot physically do it themselves can call Trinity Lutheran Church at 715.386.9313. Ask for the "We Do Feet" program. They will do their very best to help in every way they can. All requests are confidential. Members of Trinity Lutheran Church have volunteered to serve. They utilize their time and talents to benefit others in need.
They can help with furniture, minor home repairs, minor home maintenance, painting, auto repair, meals, transportation, etc.
How can you help ... Volunteer your time. Contribute financially. Donations of furniture, beds and well-running cars are  gratefully accepted.

"'We Do Feet' received 29 calls in October from people donating furniture or needing furniture. This was their busiest month so far. Because of generous donations, they were able to help two households moving out of shelters with several pieces of furniture, as well as a number of people needing one or two items. Thanks to the willing volunteers this past month! They have a good supply of sofas and loveseats (looks like Dayton's bargain basement showroom floor?), but they are always in need of twin beds, and full or queen beds."

"When He had finished washing their feet, He put on His clothes and returned to His Place. "Do you understand what I have done for you?" He asked them. "You call me 'Teacher' and 'Lord' and rightly so, for that is what I am. Now that I, your Lord and Teacher have washed your feet, you also should wash one another's feet. I have set an example that you should do as I have done for you."
John 13:12-15
