HEARING DEVICES

Our weekly bulletin states that hearing devices are available by asking an usher. This is now a true statement. We now have a supply of receivers with batteries and a supply of good headsets to use with them. The ushers have been informed of where they are stored and how to use them.

Our sound system has improved in recent weeks. I know from personal experience that using these devices improves hearing. They only work for sound coming from microphones connected to the sound system. The headsets allow you to slip them down around your neck when you are not using them and back again when you are. These work well with or without hearing aides.
