* UWEZO
Are you familiar with ‘Uwezo's Care Packet Ministry?’ Each inmate who attends UWEZO Tuesday morning Bible Study at the Hudson County Jail, receives an Uwezo Care Packet . Each Care Packet includes information about Uwezo,a Christian book, Who I Am in Christ, bookmark, and a few other gifts like loose leaf paper, and  colored pencils. Now that school supplies are so cheap, we are looking for donations for the care packets. Uwezo could use: boxes of colored pencils, lined paper, 2 Pocket plain folders with NO prongs.  Monetary donations are also welcome for the other itemsthat we purchase for the care packets. Finally, would you take a moment to pray for this ministry? We thank God for the opportunity to be able to give the inmates care packets. It is another way that we can share about Uwezo, but more importantly, it is another opportunity to share about the amazing love of Jesus Christ to the inmates. Pray as they read the books, bookmarks, etc. they will be touched to know Jesus even more.... Pray as we give them these gifts, they willsee Jesus through each of our volunteers and the Uwezo ministry. The inmates appreciate these care packets so much! Thank you for being a part of this ministry! PLEASE PLACE DONATED ITEMS IN THE MARKED BOX IN THE FELLOWSHIP HALL.
